Stampede at Yogi Adityanath's 'Janata Darbar' 6 injured

In order to reach the CM and hand over their applications to him, people jostled with each other during the ‘Janata Darbar’.

Six people were injured on Sunday in a stampede at Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s Janata Darbar at Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur on Sunday.

The UP chief minister was addressing people at the darbar. A large crowd had gathered for the darbar of Yogi Adityanath on Sunday when the stampede took place. In order to reach the CM and hand over their applications to him, people jostled with each other during the darbar, which resulted in 6 people getting injured, including women.

According to the police, the injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital.

There was a stampede when some people tried to jump the queue. Around six people, including women, were injured in the stampede.
